Glam­our Photo Con­test Entry Rules

Atten­tion Mod­els or ANYONE that knows a model:

We are giv­ing away a 4 hour photo shoot which will include a pro­fes­sional hair & make up artist. This shoot will be in Scotts­dale, AZ.

This is all you have to do:

1. Sub­mit 3 clear face & body pic­tures of your­self that will be posted on the con­test page of our website.

2. Sub­mit a 100 to 150 word sales pitch about why you should be picked to win this contest.

3. All entries must be in by July 31st 2008 and the win­ner will be picked on Fri­day August 8th 2008.

4. Send all entries to info@mandarichmodels.com. Please title the e-mail CONTEST ENTRY (your name). Also include your e-mail & phone #.

Video of the Photo Shoot will be posted on YOUTUBE!

We will also be shoot­ing behind the scenes video of this photo shoot as well as video of the shoot itself. It will be posted on over 60 dif­fer­ent video sites, blogs & vod­casts. You will also be posted on the front page of our web­site for a month & get great expo­sure. Here is an exam­ple of one of our videos.

My name is Nicole Salem and I am 23 years old. Let me begin by telling you a lit­tle bit about myself. I am a radio traf­fic, weather, and sports reporter in Detroit. I love my job, and I always knew that I wanted to work in radio. I am extremely hard work­ing. I firmly believe that any­thing worth doing, is worth doing well. I am out­go­ing, charis­matic, gen­uine, and I think my sense of humor is by far one of my best qual­i­ties. When I am not work­ing, I enjoy par­tic­i­pat­ing in pageants and bikini con­tests such as Bare­foot Wine, and Hawai­ian Tropic. Hello there!

I am sub­mit­ting myself as an entrant for SEVERAL rea­sons. Firstly, I USED TO be a pro­fes­sional pro­mo­tions spokes-model and hair model. I am fre­quently told that I’ve still“GOT IT”, too, This would help me to show the world that, also..that I can cer­tainly still turn the heads heads… I may be a mother now, but I take very good care of myself, and most peo­ple think I look very young for my age.

SECONDLY: My hair­dresser to whom I was very loyal moved away about 6 months ago. I have been avoid­ing going to some­one new ever since she left, and have just been tak­ing really good care of my hair to keep it nice and healthy, instead. Now I MUST ADMIT: I really need TO FINALLY HAVE my hair to be done by a pro­fes­sional AGAIN. My hair is now get­ting VERY long now, and would be fun for a styl­ist to work with. THIRDLY: I really WANT this chance! I know I deserve to treat myself to a photo shoot and make-up ses­sion, etc..but truth be known: I just couldn’t afford to indulge myself in all of this at this time. I work really hard to stay thin and fit, and have recently toned myself all up with Pilate’s, despite some addi­tional weight loss so that I can enjoy my skimpier sum­mer clothes and swim­suits. I really hope you will con­sider choos­ing me, despite the fact that I am swiftly approach­ing my “middle-age” years. Thanks for your con­sid­er­a­tion! I have included pho­tos of me NOT wear­ing make-up, and with my hair both straight and wavy. I’m very ver­sa­tile and easy to work with. I am 5’7″ tall and weigh 147 pounds. (I’m also a lit­tle big in the bust area, but not overly so.)

I took a year off from mod­el­ing, but now I am back and ready to rock it! I am a full time den­tal assis­tant, which I enjoy very much, but I would like to even­tu­ally make mod­el­ing my full time job! To get there I need to build my port­fo­lio, and I need great pho­tog­ra­phers, hair styl­ists and makeup artists and this seems like a great oppor­tu­nity to meet some awe­some peo­ple. Win­ning this con­test would be the per­fect step for me in my mod­el­ing career. I moved to Phoenix from Dal­las three years ago. I have been in the mod­el­ing and enter­tain­ment indus­try for over 10 years.
