I think you need to escalate beyond the customer service stiff. Apple makes great hardware but I hope everyone understands they are limiting much of the free internet content on their pods pads and phones by not including adobe flash. Then they steer you the iTunes store for your content (usually paid) Now they limit the content you can access. When Microsoft bundled Internet Explorer browser for free with the OS government antitrust got involved. Jeez. Is there a double standards going on or am I missing something?
